Integrative Leadership Academy (ILA) is a network of small, public neighborhood middle and high schools that serve the whole child and focus on high rigor and low stress learning. In partnership with School Districts and communities, ILA builds intentionally small and geographically embedded neighborhood schools purposefully designed to support students, teachers and families in an inclusive and caring environment.

“I have one child I have to drive to Felton for his school, and another child who learns in a very “real live stuff” way. As parents, our goal is to create life-long learners, and ILA’s new school will give us that opportunity. At the end of the day, it’s about us as parents having choices.”
— Angie, Scotts Valley parent
“I like the ILA school because it will give me another way to learn.”
